To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and have the original price tag on the product.
• Be in the same condition and packaging as when it was received.
• Be returned in its original packaging, where possible.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or washing tags will not be accepted.

• Small — 60cm width, 62cm height
• Medium — 62cm width, 64cm height
• Large — 64cm width, 66cm height

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Air dry naturally and iron on low heat. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and high heat.
